Medical Profile

  • Patient is in good health.

Psychological Profile

  • Patient is exceptionally intelligent and exhibits some sociopathic traits, which could stem from his rough childhood with an abusive father.
  • Patient is a career criminal who has issues with lawful authority, however he also lives by a code of honor and fancies himself a dashing "rogue", rather than a heartless villain. Patient's "code" prevents him and those he works with from harming innocents, especially civilian women and children.

Behavior Profile

  • Patient has a long-standing criminal history with a number of other patients, known as the "Rogues" security threat group, most significantly the Patients Rory (#63140) and Snart (#77250-M). In an ideal environment we would prefer to keep them separated, that is unlikely to be possible due to the sheer volume of criminal associates this patient has. Staff are asked to monitor all interactions with this patient and his criminal associates. All suspicious activity should be reported to security immediately.
  • Patient poses a severe escape risk.
  • Patient's file is flagged as a candidate for transfer to the Iron Heights mobile prison project after its completion.
  • Threat Assignment: Moderate
  • Treatment Ranking: 2-Responsive
  • Intake Interviewer: Dr. Roy Westerman
  • Assigned Patient Coordinator: Dr. Edgar Cizko[1]

Trivia and Notes

Notes

  • Captain Cold's Patient number (#61957) is a nod to his first comic book appearance: Showcase #8, June 1957.
  • Leonard Snart's look in Earth-27 is based on Wentworth Miller, who portrays him in The Flash and DC's Legends of Tomorrow TV shows.
  • The note of being an escape risk is a nod to the TV show Prison Break, another show starring Wentworth Miller.
