Knives Chau: 1998 - Present[]
Knives is the daughter of two Chinese refugees that met in Maple City during the post-Manhattaning migration. As her father was a collector of antique swords, she was given the unconventional name of "Knives" and was taught to use her namesake. Speaking from personal experience, this made her seem very intimidating to her peers and she did not make many friends, despite her actually bubbly and endearing personality.
To his credit, my brother Scott saw this quality in Knives right away and it snapped him out of his post-break-up funk. The two briefly dated, until Scott dumped her in favor of dating the more appropriately aged Ramona. As this was her first relationship, Knives took the break-up hard. In an attempt to make Scott jealous, Knives began dating his friend Neil.

- (Submitted by T4Teen) I first met Knives at school, but she and I never got close until she started dating Scott. The two of us have become really close, bonding over our shared interest in using our metahuman powers to enact positive change in this messed-up world of ours - a trait that makes us somewhat strange among our social circle of selfish friends.[1]

- Knives Chau is another of Scott's exes... though she's not sure she's ready to give up on them just yet. She's a huge Sex Bob-Omb fan and is currently in her final year at the metahuman training academy in Maple City.[2]
- She has dyed her hair after breaking up with Scott.[3] She also attacked Ramona Flowers and managed to cut her with her knife.[4]
- She dated Neil Nordegraf because he was similar to Scott.
- She had a shrine dedicated to Scott. It was slashed by her father.[5]
- She and Kim Pine drunkenly made out. After that they became a couple.[6]
- After moving to Metropolis she became a vigilante.[7]

- Knives Chau is a character from the Scott Pilgrim graphic novel series.
- Her Network file had a question mark in her orientation. It is a nod to Vol. 4 where she and Kim Pine make out, but it didn't result in them dating.
